Berries on Raspberry Conserve in
Vol-au-vents with Soya Dream Cream

How long does it take to cook a frozen vol-au-vent case? Just minutes and they keep for days.

Spoon some sweet conserve into the base and sprinkle some tart berries on the top and round off with castor sugar and surround with the Soya pouring cream. Garnish.

Pretty with sweet/tart flavour - a bit more exciting than your average fruit salad - probably less effort!
