Toast the pannini and fry the bacon-style rashers very briefly. They take no time at all and should not be allowed to stay too long in the pan otherwise they go hard. You would then have to use them up crumbled on pizza (yum)!
The rashers come chilled but you can split the pack up and freeze portions.
The BLT or the alternative to the traditional "bacon" sarnie is a very welcome treat.
