Christmas Roast and all the trimmings

Comfort food that looks "normal". Cheatin Turkey with "devils-on-horseback", sage and onion stuffing, carrots, sprouts and gravy.

Slice turkey into individual portions and freeze in foil. Takes just a few minutes to defost and bake in the oven as it is already cooked. The gravy is instant. An equal mixture of Bisto Vegetable Gravy and Bisto Onion Gravy granules mixed together with a pinch of Marigold Bouillon makes good instant gravy. Mix all together and keep in a pot for ready use.
Don't forget to use vegetable oil - never lard and butter

This is not clever cooking it is simply thoughtful planning and having a box or section in your freezer for veggie/vegans.
