Hot Wraps Fast
2 or 3 tortilla wraps per person - to be heated in microwave or oven
or griddle
(Optional :Smoked fried Tofu chunks or fresh asparagus would make
this a richer dish)
Fry - Sliced peppers, onions and some wafer thin carrot slices till
quite soft
Fry mushrooms.
Mix together and add some chickpeas, maybe a little sweetcorn.
Moisten with a little veggie boiullon
Mix with a mild salsa sauce, (yes Dorritis would be fine)! a shot
of soy sauce and some thyme.
Add the fried tofu or asparagus if you have it
Serve in a dish with the hot wraps
This is not finger food as it should be a very moist mix
