Serves 4 4 large bananas pinch ground cloves or cinnamon 450g tin plums 300ml orange juice 10ml dark raw cane sugar Pre-heat the oven to 180c/350f/Gas 4 1. Peel bananas, slice lengthways and arrange in an oven proof dish. 2. Sprinkle the spice over the bananas and pour on the orange juice. 3. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. 4. Liquidize the plums and gently heat. 5. Pour sauce over bananas.
