BRANDIED PEACHES

Serves 5 - 6

                        400g tin sliced peaches             small piece of cinnamon stick

                        2 tablespoons brandy                grated rind and juice of an orange

                        4 cloves

1.      Put everything into a saucepan cover and bring to the boil.

2.      Reduce the heat and simmer very gently for about 20 minutes.

3.      Turn into a dish and leave to cool.

4.      Served chilled with vegan cream or ice cream.
