CHOCOLATE POTS

Serves 4

                        100g vegan chocolate               grated zest and juice of ˝ an orange

                        25og packet silken tofu             15-30ml maple syrup

                        15ml Cointreau, rum or brandy

1.      Melt the chocolate in a bowl.

2.      Put the tofu liqueur and orange juice into a liquidizer and blend until smooth.

3.      Add the melted chocolate and maple syrup and blend again.

4.      Pour into four ramekins and chill for at least one hour.

5.      Decorate with grated chocolate and orange zest.
