Potatoes and Parsnip Bake

1. Prepare equal amounts of potatoes and parsnips.
2. Boil for 20 minutes until cooked
3. Drain and roughly mash with salt, pepper and margarine.
4. Transfer to fireproof dish and put under hot grill or into oven.
5. Brush with margerine and season with a spinkle of salt and black pepper.
6. Grill or oven until crisp on top.
