Mushroom and Cashew Korma
Follow your usual recipe for a vegetarian korma but substitute Soya Dream for yoghurt or cream. Suggestion - Fry onions and sliced peppers, throw on some cashews and then lots of mushrooms. Anything else you fancy! Season with thyme, peppermild curry spices, a dash of soy or Tamari, a bit of garlic and fresh grated ginger are wonderful. Add a little veggie buillon, lots of Plamil Cream and creamed or dessicated coconut. Thicken if necessary with ground almonds. Too sour ? Serve with rice, samosa's or bhajia's
